1000 Points Club

We added two players to the 1000 Points club last Saturday.  DeVante (24) and Shane (3) joined Jarvis (20) as the only Men's BMC players to have reached the 1000 point mark!

 

That meant I had to get some basketballs ready, and keep little hands away until they dried!

 DeVante is a senior, and Shane is a junior:

 

Ty's favorite player this year is Shane.  Ty IS Shane.  He has told me that he will wear #3 when he plays.  And when he is on a real team his name will be changed to Shane.  Ha! 

 

I do not think it's coincidence that Ty's favorite players have been those who hit the 1000 point mark during their junior year.  He watches games.  He knows who is good.  :)

*The only reason we didn't get pictures with DeVante too, was that he hurt his foot towards the end of the game and had to head straight out to the emergency room.  We weren't playing favorites.  :)
