Dance Recital Weekend

Saturday night was the girls' big dance recital.  JD parents got to come to watch it.  UNLIKE last year, I didn't mess up the video camera!  Here is a little bit of each routine-

At the end all participants paraded across the stage with their trophies:

 Both girls did a great job and had SO much fun.  And they were ridiculously excited about their little bouquet of flowers JD gave them when they were done (no pics b/c it was after 9 and we were hurrying home!)

Halle's costume loses feathers everywhere- we're still finding them on the front porch!

 Sunday we spent some time in Memphis with JD's parents (shopping and golfing) before they headed home.  A little lunchtime competition:
