No. Big. Deal. 

 It was a slow visit (like always) but we all handled it pretty well.  :)

 

 After the doctor it was on to Walmart:

This was only about halfway through the groceries.  They lasted in the cart a lot longer than usual.  Two different people asked if they were twins, and three different people stopped me to ask about my sling (Isaac was riding in it).  People like to stop and talk to carts full of kids.

  

 

 

 PS- Ty is completely healthy.  Average height (54th) average weight (48th) and in the "above average" category for all of the development-type questions.  (Ex:  Yes, he can pedal a tricycle.  Yes, he can speak in 3 and 4 word sentences.  Yes, he can jump on one foot more than twice in a row.  Etc.)
